Time allotment, Payment and Cancellation Policy 

During an appointment:
  • First appointments will include an initial consultation of up to 10-15 minutes based on your selected treatment. 

  • The treatment duration includes the time for getting changed.

Payment policy
  • To help me reserve your booking and prepare everything ahead of time, I require full payment 24 hours in advance of your first appointment for us to proceed with the treatment.

  • If you require a concession rate, please get in touch ahead of booking for us to discuss.

  • Please make payment via bank transfer using the details provided in the confirmation email, using your initials and the date of your appointment as a reference. 

Cancellation policy
 
  • Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment are charged at 50% of the appointment value. I will try to fill the slot, and if successful, will waive this 50% charge.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 4 hours before the appointment time will be charged at the full appointment value.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled without charge if rebooked within the next 7 days. 

  • No charge will be made for cancellations due to sickness; however, each situation will still be decided at my discretion. If you are unwell, please get in touch first. 

  • This policy serves to help ensure I can continue to offer my services to anyone in need. I thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing and helping you.
