Service Description
You know you’re exhausted, but your mind won’t switch off. The Stress Reset provides the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and finally let go of the tension you’ve been carrying. This restorative 60/90minute full-body treatment combines therapeutic massage, gentle somatic awareness practices, and optional calming aromatherapy oils to create space for deep rest and recovery This whole-body experience will help calm your mind, release accumulated tension throughout your body and encourage your body from constant alertness and into a state where it can properly rest, recover and restore. Leave feeling lighter, calmer and more present, with the sense you’ve finally been able to exhale.
Cancellation Policy
Payment policy To help me reserve your booking and prepare everything ahead of time, I require full payment 24 hours in advance of your first appointment for us to proceed with the treatment. If you require a concession rate, please get in touch ahead of booking for us to discuss. Please make payment via bank transfer using the details provided in the confirmation email, using your initials and the date of your appointment as a reference. Cancellation policy Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at 50% of the appointment value. I will try to fill the slot, and if successful, will waive this 50% charge. Bookings cancelled less than 4 hours before the appointment time will be charged at the full appointment value. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without charge if rebooked within the next 7 days. No charge will be made for cancellations due to sickness; however, each situation will still be decided at my discretion. If you are unwell, please get in touch first.
