Centre for Whole Health | Bedminster

I offer Holistic Massage and Somatic Bodywork treatments in Bedminster, Bristol, at Lam Rim, Centre for Whole Health, a quiet, peaceful location tucked away past East Street. The centre is a not-for-profit company that supports the Buddhist charity within and hosts multiple therapists, a hall for hire, a cafe, and a Buddhist shrine.

Through my treatments in Bedminster, I help ease both physical and mental tension so you can feel more relaxed, recharged, and better able to take care of your health, stay active, and enjoy your hobbies.
