This 90-minute treatment focuses on a comprehensive recovery of the neck, shoulders, back, and chest by treating them as one interconnected system. The treatment will include a mobility and posture assessment, targeted deep tissue, myofascial and remedial massage techniques, assisted stretching, and personalised self-care guidance. Designed to reduce pain and stiffness throughout your upper body, this treatment releases tight muscles, improves joint mobility, and restores comfortable movement. Feel once again calm, clear-headed and reenergised to better cope with the demands of life, work and the activities you wish to enjoy. Wake up without immediately noticing your neck; sit comfortably through meetings. Turn your head with ease. Exercise without your shoulders tightening afterwards.
Cancellation Policy
Payment policy To help me reserve your booking and prepare everything ahead of time, I require full payment 24 hours in advance of your first appointment for us to proceed with the treatment. If you require a concession rate, please get in touch ahead of booking for us to discuss. Please make payment via bank transfer using the details provided in the confirmation email, using your initials and the date of your appointment as a reference. Cancellation policy Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at 50% of the appointment value. I will try to fill the slot, and if successful, will waive this 50% charge. Bookings cancelled less than 4 hours before the appointment time will be charged at the full appointment value. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without charge if rebooked within the next 7 days. No charge will be made for cancellations due to sickness; however, each situation will still be decided at my discretion. If you are unwell, please get in touch first.
