Holistic massage is a powerful body therapy practice that works to heal a person's whole being (mind, body and soul), guiding it back to a more grounded, rested and restored version of itself. Tired and sore muscles occur from being active, our occupation and not having time to look after ourselves; somtimes, this story is linked to the bigger picture in our lives as to what we have been navigating and how we have mental or emotional experienced an event. Often, it's all connected in how we hold and use our bodies and the particular way in which they get tired, worn and sore.
Whatever you're experiencing is unique to you in the way these threads of your life entwine, and a holistic massage recognises this in that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to what approach to massage is best for you, your body and life. As a highly trained level 4 MTI massage therapist, we will work together to create a catered massage plan that's built around an understanding of what's affecting you and how, through applied touch, we can address the root of any pain, stress, anxiety or general discomfort you're experiencing.

Focused deep tissue, mobilising and trigger point treatment that works with fascia to relieve a specific area of pain from muscle tension, spasm and tightness or help relieve and mobilise stiff joints to improve pain-free movement
Our first session will include a full consultation of around 10 minutes to tailor and/or blend the massage style to your needs that day.
