Tired, sore, and painful muscles or joints often stem from tension built up through daily activity, our occupations, or past and recent injuries. Sometimes, this physical discomfort is linked to a "bigger picture"—how we have mentally or emotionally processed life events, or simply not having the capacity to care for ourselves in the way we’d like. Often, it is a mixture of these factors that leads to the "breaking point" of noticeable pain.

Focused Deep Tissue & Mobilization: A targeted treatment using trigger point therapy and myofascial work. This style is ideal for relieving specific areas of pain, muscle spasms, and tightness, or for mobilizing stiff joints to improve pain-free movement.
