You consider going to the gym, walking, or stretching to help.

This may feel deeply relaxing and restorative,  involve focused, tension-releasing pressure that is effective without being uncomfortable, or a combination of both.

 

Each treatment is designed to support nervous system regulation, enabling the gentle, comfortable release of areas of holding and strain.
